PaoPao Rosales

María Paola Rosales is a graphic designer. It defines itself as creative and visual. He likes art, challenges and colors. That passion to transform led her to make two houses with deteriorated facades in Cabimas, in the state of Zulia, her canvas to turn them into colorful murals.

One of the houses says Cabimas and in the other the word love, in both the bright colors stand out, blue, red, yellow, pink and green. In the photographs he took before the intervention, the walls were deteriorated by humidity and only traces of paint remained in some parts.

The graphic designer, who graduated from the University of Zulia (LUZ), spent at least a year between Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, in Spain, where she was trapped by COVID-19 and the closure of airports, along with her family. After a journey he managed to return home, to Venezuela. From Spain she fell in love with the space that artists have in the streets and how they make each city unique with their interventions. "When we arrived in Cabimas we wanted to do the same, it is a way to encourage culture, love of one's own and make our environment more beautiful."
